Dowitcher Press is a new and emerging
press located in Santa Barbara, California. Dowitcher Press
arises out of editor Amber Wallace’s
love for poetry and desire to begin a small press in the
Santa Barbara area, and as an extension and evolution of
Dowitcher Designs, a design shop established by
partners Jill Kingdon and Amber Wallace. Dowitcher Designs
provides graphic and web design, publishing, and editing
services, while Dowitcher Press prints and
releases selected titles. The press is proud to release
John Ridland’s
selected poems, A Brahms Card Balad, as its debut book.
